#05
~ Volks youSD/Tenshi Yuki PS Body
~ Leeke Sweet Basic Skin Girl Body

Please be aware there is nudity involved as this is a comparison of body types of different dolls and the only way to notice the differences is especially when the doll is unclothed. If you feel any discomfort in this, please leave this page. ^^ Thanks ~
.
Note : youSD and youTenshi have the same body with the exception of that the youTenshi body has magnets at the back and is genderless (i.e. : no anatomy). My Aichii while having the youSD Suzuna head is using the youTenshi Yuki body, so if you see magnets on her back, please don't be alarmed *grins*. However I'll be referring to her body as a youSD body as its shorter to type and they are slightly more available than Yuki.

I realized that in the earlier review (#02) I have forgotten to cover several different posing aspects of the two bodies and so this resulted from various musings and what not. Warning : some silly poses ahead XD

Front view

On the left, with the jointed waist is a Volks youSD, on the right without the jointed waist is Leeke Doll.

 Kneeling - Front view

Both are stable in their kneeling especially when the correct pose is adopted and the joints snap into place ^__^

 Kneeling - Side view

The youSD body kneels quite nicely but one has to position the knee and calf angle properly or else the body will fall backwards. This is because the groove/piece at the back of the knee (which enables the suwarikko pose) isn't there to support/lock the kneeling pose. Leeke body doesn't have this problem though, and kneels pretty well.

 Kneeling - side view variation

While the youSD body can lean more backwards in a sort of gymnastical position, the slope of the suwarikko grooves doesn't allow her to hold the position. One has to carefully balance her XD The Leeke body is already arched so she can't be arched any further. She's is pretty stable in this pose.

Sitting on chair - front view

Okay, the black matte chair was a bad idea -__-;; Anyway, when sitting down like that, both are pretty stable. The youSD body sits in a more natural, relaxed stance while the Leeke body, dued to its arched back sits with her back touching the top of the chair but the butt a few cm forward from the chair.

And just FYI, if the Leeke body is perched on a chair's edge, it will either fall or slide off if there is no space for the legs to balance the body... a bit hard to explain X_x; but just don't put them on the ledge if their legs can't snap back a little to balance them... ^^;;

Sitting on chair - side view

Here it can be seen that while the youSD leans naturally back into the chair, the Leeke body can't. Gives the slight impression of slouching if viewed from the side xD From the front it isn't obvious.

Sitting on chair, legs up - front view

It was easier for youSD body to prop their legs up while the Leeke body has to be balanced a little to keep this pose ~ Both are sufficiently stable.

 Stretching - front view

Okay XD *laughs* The youSD body can almost reach their itsy bitsy cute toes while the Leeke body doesn't get it why they have to do so XD

 Stretching - side view

This shows better how far the youSD body can stretch while the Leeke body just leans back and relaxes XD

Cross-legged - aerial view

Yay ~ They can cross their ankles ! Both are unsupported and are sitting on their own ^^

 Looking up - front view

Looking up movements for both were quite limited though the youSD body can look up further than the Leeke body.

 Looking down - front view

The youSD body gets 10/10 points in looking down while the Leeke body can just give a slight nod.

 Looking side - front view

Both fair decently in this but at varying angles XD

 Looking side - side view

Both trying to look cute XD *laughs*
